Every effort is made by ChocolatBoutique to ensure complete satisfaction with your order. Our chocolate products are carefully packed to protect the contents during transit. In warm weather we will include cold packs to protect against heat and humidity. In extreme weather conditions your order may be delayed until conditions improve. We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the shipment. In warm weather signature confirmation will be required to ensure your order is not left unattended. All packaging and handling costs are included in the total cost on the checkout page.
Our standard shipping methods are listed on the checkout page of the website. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier (at no extra cost to you) if the alternate level of service is better equipped to provide prompt delivery of your order.
Currently ChocolatBoutique ships to the continental US only. Please contact us if you need to ship to an international destination.
In the event that you supply an incorrect address and your shipment is returned to ChocolatBoutique you will be notified by us. If the product is suitable for reshipping and you wish to do so you will be responsible for any additional charges.
Our handcrafted truffles take approximately 24 hours to create and occasionally due to seasonal demands we may require 48 – 72 hours to fulfill your order. We will always endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible.
We want your order to arrive in the best possible condition and because of the perishable nature of our products we may not ship over weekends.
Pricing & Product Information
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We make every effort to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, ChocolatBoutique will not be held liable for any errors or omissions.
Our chocolates are handcrafted with fresh, all natural ingredients, without preservatives therefore they should be kept at room temperature (68 - 72 degrees F) and ideally consumed within 7 days of delivery. ChocolatBoutique will not be held responsible for products that have not been stored as advised.
If you are not satisfied with any products you have received from us because they are either damaged or incorrect please return to us within one week of receipt together with the reason for your dissatisfaction and the shipping label from the package. We will offer you a refund or replacement at your discretion. We do not refund or replace products which are returned because they are unwanted or unsuitable for any reason.
We are constantly evolving our website and our goal is to ensure that all information shown is accurate. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If a product you have ordered is not available we will contact you and you may be offered an alternative.
